A TimeCostFunction which reduces the travelling speed decreases with the pedestrian density. At the moment the code to dynamically refine the mesh is disabled (compare the unused method TimeCostGaussianPedestrianDensityMesh#refineMesh). Enabling the dynamic refinement is experimental code!
